Lee Marshall is an IT Service Management professional with a passion for aligning IT with the business requirements of organizations.
Lee has the ability to leverage the power of industry best practices, such as, ITIL, CobiT, Six Sigma, and Project Management, to help organizations deliver a return on their IT investment. Lee’s expertise is in the areas of strategy generation, enterprise architecture and IT service management, and utilizing these concepts to lay a foundation for business execution.
Driven by a relentless curiosity and an obsession with continual improvement, Lee began initiating and implementing ITIL concepts and processes into organizations in 2000. Since then he has initiated and implemented IT Service Management strategies and processes in organizations in the private and public sector. Lee attended the University of Waterloo where he studied business, science and economics and he holds the Foundation certificates in ITIL (version 2 and 3) and CobiT 4.1.
When Lee is not playing squash (he competes in leagues and tournaments) or watching almost every movie ever made, he can be found striving in vain to lower his unusually high golf handicap.
